wanton foray... geese, beware!
My master is being much more proactive these days. At first, he thought that since I only have three legs, then I wouldn’t be prone to running away. He didn’t have the forsight to think that I would exercise my “right” to wanton forays into the countryside? Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I now wear an electric collar.
I can’t help but wonder why the DEP is not more proactive? Why are they reactive only, and barely so?
